What we collect
When you use the Shellsyntax demo or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, company, the content of your messages, and standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamps).
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, run product demos, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
Hosting & sub-processors
The marketing site is hosted on Vercel. The product is hosted on customer-controlled infrastructure or on Shellsyntax-managed infrastructure depending on the contracted deployment model. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@shellsyntax.com. EU/UK customers may exercise GDPR/UK GDPR rights. We will respond within statutory deadlines.
